WHERE CAN I FIND THE ORDER NUMBER? You can locate the order number in the confirmation email that you will receive by email or through your customer profile at Anabel Lee.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? 1 – Mainland: Orders are prepared and shipped on weekdays (Monday through Friday) with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 days.
Remember: – From Monday to Friday we prepare the orders that arrive until 12h. – If an order is placed after 12 noon, it will be prepared the next day.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS FOR MY ORDER? Transport costs for orders over 90 € (VAT included) are free of charge. For orders under 90 €, the cost of transport is only 5 €. All Anabel Lee prices include VAT.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE SHIPPING COMPANY RETURNS MY ORDER TO ANABEL LEE? Sometimes, the shipping company returns the order because the shipping address is incorrect, they can not locate the contact person or find some other setback.
In this case, Anabel Lee reimburses the amount of the order excluding shipping costs.

ARE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS AVAILABLE? All products that have the option “add to cart” are in stock.
There may be products that are not available at this time and will be labeled “Out of Stock”. However, these products can be reserved by sending us your email address and our Anabel Lee team will contact you as soon as the product is available.
WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO RETURN AN ORDER? In case you wish to return any of the products received, you must carry out the following steps:
- If you would like to request a refund or exchange, please note that you have 30 days from delivery of your order to do so.
- Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, along with the original packaging and label. The customer shall bear the cost of returning the product.
- Please email us at email@example.com stating the order number, the items you wish to return or exchange, and the reason.
- Circle the items you wish to return or exchange on the purchase receipt:

- Attach the delivery note to the package you are going to use with the return. We cannot accept or process a refund for any item not included in this document even if the item is included in the shipment.
- Once the return has been processed and the status of the products received has been verified, the corresponding refund will be issued on the payment form used in your purchase. The refund must be made within 30 days.
- If you receive a wrong order or defective products, you should contact us immediately at the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone +34 942873324 from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. indicating the error or defect along with your order. In the event of a wrong order or defective products, Anabel Lee will bear the shipping costs.

Payment by credit card: The client can pay by credit card; the operation will be carried out at the end of the order. Only Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Maestro, American Express and Dinners are accepted.
